Favourite spot

It has become our favourite breakfast spot on weekends. Most of the food we had was good like this and this but no all, like this Sarawak laksa for instance. And we did came here for supper one evening as well.

Last Sunday, we came here again for our breakfast. Hubby and I were both craving for its fried noodle, so we did have second thought on what to eat when we were there.

However that morning we ordered different variety. Usually we just asked for prawns but that day, we requested fresh cockles.

RM6.00 fried kway tiaw

Now, that is my kind of breakfast. Fried kway tiaw to perfection with fresh cockles and topped with sunny-side up. Perfect with my big glass of teh-C.

After a week in Kapit, we got our fried kway tiaw dose here the next morning. It has never failed to impress us and our tummies. *wink wink*

  2. Well, that certainly looks delicious. With an egg like that, I'd be asking for more. ;)

  3. Nothing good in Kapit, eh? Ya, other than the butter cake at Ung Tong, I don't recall ever eating anything really nice there. Glad we decided to give it a miss.

  5. Nice plate of fried kway tiaw with egg. I used to love cockles when I was young but I've stopped eating cockles now. I don't know why.

  6. Is your plate of fried kway tiaw on the sweet side since I see the colour is quite dark meaning it uses a lot of thick soy sauce?
