1. Reward yourself - get on the scale on the same day each week. If you hit your mark, then treat yourself to a non-food reward such as new bag or clothes.
2. Clear out the "fat" clothes. Seeing them in your wardrobe make you think you will need them on some day.
3. Get a witness. Share your goals with a friend and ask if you can give them regular report on your progress. Accountability is one of the best way to keep yourself honest.
